Data collected

One single item of data is collected: the email address you enter yourself in the form on this site.

Nothing else is asked of you. No name, no phone number, no postal address, no banking details.

Purpose

Your address is used only to tell you when the service launches, and to measure the interest it attracts.

It is used for no other message, and for no third party marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. You give it by entering your address and submitting the form.

You can withdraw it at any time, without having to give a reason.

Retention period

Your address is kept until the service opens, and for no longer than 24 months after it was collected. After that it is deleted.

Recipients

Your address is never sold, rented or passed on to a third party.

It is stored on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., the site host, which acts as a processor and makes no use of it on its own account.

Where your data is stored

The database is hosted in Cloudflare's Western Europe region. Your data is recorded there and stays there.

As Cloudflare, Inc. is a company under United States law, access from the United States cannot be ruled out. That case is covered by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Cookies and trackers

This site sets no cookie. It uses no tracker, no analytics tool, and makes no request to any third party service.

No consent banner is therefore needed, and nothing is written to your device.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent.

To exercise them, write to contact@jalonpay.fr. You will get an answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or file a complaint at cnil.fr.

Protecting your data

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the list of addresses is restricted to the publisher.

This policy may change. The date it was last updated appears at the top of this page.

If the French and English versions of this document differ, the French version prevails.
